It was a pleasure to live in a property managed by Your Place Sheffield. Everything was clearly organised and explained up front and you knew exactly where you stood with them regarding both your and their responsibilities. Nothing was hidden and all the paperwork was given to us. The house was in immaculate condition when we moved in and they responded promptly if anything needed fixing or replacing. Jo made our transition into Evelyn Road and stay there really easy, and was always easy to get in touch with and quick to act if we had any problems, or negotiate on new items: a hoover, sofas, microwave, and beds. The house was a great find for us, with really competitive rent with other houses, but a house that had been cared for and (as we found) would continue to be cared for, and even improved, during our stay there (which is not all that common for landlords). They always did everything professionally and didn’t cut corners, making sure they fixed anything using long-term solutions, not just hiding things! I would definitely choose Jo and Jacquie again and again- for their friendliness, willingness to act and really quality accommodation!
